Chicago Update!

It's been a few months since our son Rob, our daughter-in-law, Ali, and their Samoyed, Renly, moved to Chicago's West Loop. Ali started her six-year plastic surgery residency at the University of Illinois Hospital Chicago and Rob has continued his work with Merck remotely.

Despite a somewhat rocky move, they have settled nicely into their new home and have been enjoying the sights and sounds of everything the city has to offer. Chicago is known for its culinary excellence and Rob and Ali have started a digital photo album of some of the great meals they've tried in the area.

When their friends Dan and CK came to visit recently, they took a helicopter tour of the city and enjoyed some of the music and nightlife of Chicago. Renly has a dog park within walking distance of their place and finds himself among other Samoyeds that enjoy the cooler climate.
