Imagine having the power to go back in time with the knowledge, wisdom and experiences you have now and have a discussion with your twenty-year-old self. Would you tell yourself to buy Apple, Tesla or Microsoft stock when it was introduced? Would you tell yourself to be daring and take that chance that you were too scared to attempt back when you were young and full of energy? Perhaps change a bad habit, learn a new skill, learn a musical instrument, develop better study skills, avoid a potentially bad situation? Maybe you would travel more - take that trip you thought you didn't have time or money for, get out in nature and explore the great outdoors rather than sit in front of the television or computer and wish your life away?

Ben Franklin once said, "Life's tragedy is that we get old too soon and wise too late."

I'd like to make this a recurring reflection and get different readers' perspective on what they would do differently if they could do their lives over or what they would change if they could do a "reset" and advise their younger self about how to live their lives. If you're up for this challenge, please send me your submission - your name could be added to the post or if you prefer, it can be published anonymously.

Think of your life today - think about the things that give you joy and happiness - trees that are providing you shade today from trees you planted twenty years ago. Your spouse or life partner that you're with that supports you and holds you up through thick and thin. Experiences that were so amazing and wonderful that they bring a smile to your face just remembering them. Conversely, think about the sorrows you endured, shames or concerns you wouldn't wish on your worst enemy - things that kept you up at night. Would you handle them differently knowing what you know now?

I'm looking for ideas from YOU. Send me your submissions today! :)
